Drinking Too Much Water Can Be Harmful. How to Hydrate Correctly?

Contrary to what many people think, drinking a lot of water can be harmful. Especially if this water is rotten and stored in plastic bottles that contain xenoestrogens. They unbalance the hormones increasing the risk of some types of cancer and most bottled water contain chlorine and fluoride damage the Pineal gland, one of the most important parts of your body.

Many people imagine that drinking water helps them losing weight and ignore that it doesn't help at all. Internal fat never dissolves in water, it can only be eliminated when is used as energy source. The body stores fat and use it when there is no sugar inside the body for hours, and sugars are often produced internally because of stress. A lot of people is over weight due to stress and not because of what they eat, also some toxins produce obesity.

You don't need to drink 8 glasses of water to stay hydrated. It is another common myth that most people believe and you can see it in animals that do not drink water all the time and are much healthier than us if they live in a natural environment away from humans. What is Overhydration ?

It is when a person drinks much more water than the body needs. Overhydration usually leads to low sodium levels in the blood, which can be dangerous. However, drinking large amounts of water does not usually cause overhydration if the pituitary gland, kidneys, liver, and heart are all working normally. But if your organs are not working well avoid drinking water in excess and only do it when you are thirsty and drink only living water.

Drinking too much water can deplete your body of sodium, which is an electrolyte that balances the fluids within your body. As the planet's Atlantic and Pacific oceans do not mix, even though they are together, some fluids inside your body do not mix as well and what keeps them apart is sodium. After drinking too much water, the sodium gets diluted. It's not salty enough. So some of that extra water rushes into the cell and that causes it to swell up.

This is called hyponatremia, which is a decrease in sodium levels below 135 mEq/L in blood serum due to rapid overhydration. Sodium is an electrolyte that aids in cell signaling and other functions in the body. When the serum sodium levels drop, you start to feel nauseated, disoriented, fatigued, or have a headache. In severe cases, it could also lead to death.

How to Hydrate Effectively?

The best way to keep your body hydrated is by drinking living water, which is the state that water has in nature, where is moving and saturated with life energy. In this state, it is more beneficial and hydrates much more than the rotten water that most people drink. Even fish cannot live in stagnant water, and the water most people drink is dead for lack of movement.
